Lovely store and staff. Best shop in the Trafford centre. Staff know their products and customer service is always good. Favourite department is the technology section on the first floor, amazing products for sale and the sales people will help if you need anything or leave you to browse if that's how you shop.

Its such a great place to shop here. Staff are very helpful and importantly knowledgeable. Ive found John Lewis prices to be great and if I've found products elsewhere cheaper they have always matched the price even after a purchase. Its really a wonderful place to shop

I really like this john Lewis store. I thinks its best in the countery. Good quailty products.Its big store over the two floors.Customers service execllint & staff are helpfull.
