Useless visit. Wouln’t even ask what I needed. Pharmacist walked by without even looking. Employee asked him in a foreign language and he answered in the same. Rude as of course I was standing there. Never go unless you’re local and don’t need help or advice. Rude & careless. Very unprofessional

Called me a few days after I had collected my daughters prescription to ask if it was helping and if there was anything else they could do to support her- this was such a personalised touch and was very much appreciated.

Wow.  Some proper customer service.  Having a nightmare with surgery not sending prescription through.  Pharmacist been chasing and also advised that out of stock of item. Just received call, which I wasn't expecting, checking to see if I had received prescription and to advise me they had managed to get out of stock medication.  All done off their own back. Glad to see that customer service is alive and well at Morrisons Pharmacy. Thanks guys...
