The staff went above and beyond to help despite only two members of staff being in today super helpful and friendly!

Ignored for 20 mins whilst they served other customers. Not impressed at all.

Thank you so much to the two ladies who despite not being able to fill the prescription the dr sent through for my baby granddaughter printed off the prescription and told me where to take it to get it filled. Definitely above and beyond so thank you

Very disappointed. I went too collect my prescription today at 14:30  when I got there it was already closed. I fully understand that they must have been very busy. They had closed at 13:30. A hand written opening and closing times had been put in the window. Stating they would close at 13:30 on Saturdays.nI was told I would have to come back on Monday morning, and that the hand written sign had been in the window for the passed 2 weeks.nI have checked the Web site so expected it to be open till 17:00.nCan you please update you Web page. I'm sure I will not be the only person that was unable to collect their medication.nI would have collected my prescription this morning or yesterday if you web page had been up to date.nI have been staying at home as I have been advised so expected for a company the size of boots to have correct information on their Web site.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. It’s not as big as high street or shopping mall stores.
