My husband forgot to pack his eye drops for our short break, so called into Boots Pharmacy on the off chance that they may be able to offer some advice. He spoke to Ade, who was extremely pleasant and helpful; she took time and explained the options he had and was apologetic that she had to charge him for a private prescription, which we really didn't mind as it was easier than they other options she gave us. I wish all staff were that helpful; she was a star and it meant we were able to continue our break, worry free. A big thank you Ade
