Prescription is never ready, always have to wait or go back.   Tonight, had a 20 minute wait, got it home and there was an item missing.  Glad I’m not quite an 80 year old, struggling up there in the snow, only to find I’ve got to go up again!

Not Happy at all they have made several dangerous mistakes with my partners prescription,every time we have gone to pick it up they have not done it and we have to argue and redo everything 3-4 times, they always try to blame anyone but themselves. From other reviews it seems that everyone else would disagree with me however we have found them very rude and very unprofessional.

Always reliable have recommended at least 8 people to them so fully recommended and well deserved!

Always seem to be busy whenever I go, have waited a long time for prescription to be sorted but might just be the time of day I have been! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable
