Astonishing! Serve yourself petrol and diesel is available, sometimes at a reasonable price but rarely as cheap as same company in Newcastle!
Yesterday Sunday 19th May I went to the filling station about 10.30am.nI wanted to fill up £70 ISH, I spent £10.nFirstly, no glovesnSecondly, a notice said I had to pay at the pump not my preferred option, as I wanted other things from the shopnWhen I started to take the fuel I was asked to present my card again, getting me & it covered in fuel that was on the handle.nThirdly, on going to the checkout I discovered that I could have paid for my fuel in the shop, where the notice on the pump demanded I pay ai the pump.nWhen I wanted to complain about the above, I was told to use customer services in the main shopnNot a happy customernnThe attendant was not at fault.nHe acted in a professional manner.nI realise that morrisons have little respect/regard for it's customers when it has a near monopoly in an area!
More expensive than other petrol stations.nHave had to use the air pump on a couple of occasions, needed help and unfortunately, there is one particularly unhelpful assistant, who says he can't use the machine. Just think he's lazy and doesn't want to go outside.nDisappointing to say the least
It's Morrison's so you know what to expect. Nowhere near as good on pricing as they used to be and still making extra profit on the back of diesel vehicle owners.. I think it would be reasonable to assume a degree of profiteering.
Serve yourself what else. Mini Market for last minute buys. Good pleasant service.
