Morrisons daily in newbiggin is a great place to shop all the staff are really friendly and they are very very helpful and Mandy goes above and beyond to help her customers I shop in there nearly 7 days a week always come out with more than I went in for lovely friendly helpful staff

My local Morrisons is a joy to shop in the staff are friendly and so helpful particularly, Steven, Wayne, Nicola and Mandy. Always cheerful and welcoming. They do a cracking job, and I always spend more than I intend as they always have a recommendation or two when I go in. Fabulous!!

Went in and both members of staff were packing an uber order, which I was completely fine with of course. I work in a supermarket and understand the pressure of getting Ubers ready in time so I stood back from the till and waited until they were ready to serve me. Then, without saying anything, one of the women put her arm hand out and gave me a look of disgust apparently she wanted me to hand my stuff to her to scan. She practically snatched them out of my hand, as well as the money. She didn’t even tell me the total or ask if I’d like a receipt. It wasn’t like it was unbelievably busy, it was about 9pm and there was one other customer in the store. Really strange interaction to be honest, I don’t know if it’s her first day interacting with humans or something but she could’ve at least thanked me for waiting. I left absolutely raging because I was so polite and was treating like something disgusting she’d found on the bottom of her shoe.

Such a friendly and helpful team

Was accused of stealing an energy drink i bought from a different shop. instead of asking me while i was in the shop the woman waited till i left to wait outside for my partner to then proceed to say to my partner as I left the shop “She’s stole that drink”nThought it was a lovely place as recently moved to newbiggin but don’t think I’ll be back.
