Generally good, but I wish check out staff would realise that anxious or neurodiverse people do not want their items chucked through the till like it’s an Olympic sport. I complained gently one day and was told cashiers were timed and had to hurry people along.
After waiting between 30 and 40 mins after checking in for my click and collect shopping to be brought to me, I've now ordered a home delivery. And they still manage to fail. I'm now going out to buy washing up liquid from the corner shop because apparently there is none in the whole store. Just as there was no cat food in the whole store the last time. I've had to call the company's customer service line from the car park to chase having my late click and collect shopping brought to me, and even they couldn't get an answer to the store's phone. I can only put all of these issues down to lazy staff and poor management, and won't be bothering them with any other orders. Have also complained to Head Office before but haven't had a reply.
Can you please hire more staff in the cafe?nThe poor staff are rushed off their feet. It meant that my food was going cold but I still enjoyed the meal.
Stood at the fish counter for 20mins and nobody was there. So I went back and stood there for another 10mins and the person behind the counter never looked back to see if there were any customers waiting to be served. He was to busy reducing the items to even look to see if anyone needed to be served. No wonder he has to reduce everything cause he not there to serve anyone and if he is there he can’t even look at the front of the counter to serve anyone
