I would have given 0 if there is any way. Worst experience ever in my entire life. The manager lady and the lady co worker definitely rude chatting and seating asked for help but ignored me fully they were laughing such a same. Please choose your staff wisely.
I normally love coming here, but this time I was quite disappointed in the selection of fruit and vegetables. There weren't any. It was a Wednesday after work, was doing my weekly shop and it was rather lacking! Other than that, the queues were short, other aisles had stock, and staff are, as always lovely. Will pop in again at some point and see if the situation has improved. I'm hoping it isn't a common occurance as the supermarket was much easier to navigate than the weekends!!
Great cafe with easy ordering from the table. My girls also loved scanning our shopping at the children's checkout!
Its a supermarket. What more to say. Hot meats should stay open longer and do more food and maby more selection. 9 times out of ten by the time i get down there thier is barely anything left. Since tesco stopped the hot deli this is where i go now
Went for lunch, what a disappointment. My daughter ordered jacket potato with tuna mayo, what came out can only be described as slop on a jacket, the young lady tried to say it was tuna mayo, but you could clearly see if was more mayo, luckily my daughter managed to change it for sandwich. They only had one coffee machine working as well. Compared to the Morrisons at Sittingbourne, I won't be going back there anytime soon
