Any customer who enters this store is suspected of being a shoplifter, especially if you enter the store with one of their empty shopping bags, 8 out of 10 visits a member of staff or security will ask to look inside your bag and show your receipt when leaving the shop, without any proof of you stealing anything everyone is a suspect in this store, other Aldi stores not as bad as this one, Avoid going there if I was you.
Poorly designed parking. The male assistant store manager was extremely rude and arrogant when handling my return. Other staff are nice and helpful though.
Parking can be a nightmare, and prices have increased a lot. There's often empty areas within the store where stock is missing, which is a pain when it's something you need eg, like iceberg lettuce.nnQueues at the tills can often be a nightmare, as they're very slow, and they don't usually have enough open.nStaff are generally helpful and friendly, and the shop is in a convenient location.
It's an Aldi so you know what you're going to get.nThe store is clean and normally well stocked.nParking can be a bit of a pain at busy times.
Great customer service last night when enquiring about xmas products and the staff really made my daughter feel special gifting her some advent calendar toys/books to her. Really friendly staff in this store! Give them a payrise!
