Sadly I don't have a Morrisons near me, but I was very impressed with this store, they have a greater selection of all areas you'd expect in a large supermarket, it was clean and tidy, the fruit and veg looked fresh and inviting, the bakery expansive, great range of gluten free products and plenty of staff, busy at the checkouts, but wasn't kept waiting long.
Had an amazing experience today at the customer services till. The lady really went out of her way to make my experience better and made me smile. Wish I got her name. She’s a credit to Morrisons.
This branch is disgusting. It's filthy, toilets are either broken or over flowing with sewage. The smell is horrendous.nShelves are always empty with cages of carboard in isles. Self checkouts are awful to use. Discounted items don't come off at purchase so the price on shelves are wrong.nOverall avoid Morrisons at all costs. No wonder it's fell behind in the supermarket list.
The large out of town Malvern shopping area. There are several big chains here, Morrisons is the only supermarket, and all the usual stuff is there. I like that some of the fruit and veg is not packed in plastic. And the video is the robot cleaner going round the place... Is it the future, or just less jobs for humans?
Ideal if your a local or on holiday in the Malvern area. Situated in a shopping complex with other high street shops. Parking limited to 3 hours. Petrol station on site. Click and collect available and Hermes lockers for online shopping collection / returns. Supermarket has everything you need. Bakers, butchers, fishmonger,nDeli, hot food counter and a salad bar. Nice little cafe with toilets and a pharmacy on site to. The shop covers all your needs and more.
