Lets face it, the main pull to this store is the car parking.nA genius marketing stroke that undoubtedly results in better takings.nnDecent stock and always something tempting in the grab bags dotted around the store.
Restaurant. Used to have queues out the door. Now no coffee machines, nor soft drinks. Under repair apparently.. Automatic orders not working either. Same as two months ago when we stopped off. No quibble with food or staff just wonder if store management don't want a cafe anymore? They must have the numbers on footfall and look back to why it's relatively empty now. Offer of free instant coffee not taken up. Oh, no serviettes either. But they did have kitchen roll which is the same right?? Poor.
Gladys was friendly and very helpful when we visited the Stockton teesside park cafe. She talked the special deals and we got a fabulous deal with friendly service. Well done to Gladys an asset to your company.
Ordered a cheese and ham toastie for lunch. When it came the ham was missing so I went up to ask for another one. Then waited 15 mins for it and it was burnt. Nothing like the advertised photo. Tried a bite and it was awful so got up and left it. Total waste of money paid £4.50 for that.
I love the this supermarket. I can get everything I want. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cafe serves the best food and drinks
