Not to bad just like all the rest if lidl only stockton that I know of which is different with a self service tills

I lost a braclet in the thornaby store ..then i returnrd to store to be told it had been handed in but supervisor told me he didnt know where it was and took my number was going to ring me ...3 days later 19th august i rang lidl head office .was given a refrence number and they would contact me .. oh but no nothing after me ringin them now for 6 times in seven weeks ..they were investagating and finding out were my bracelet had gone ..spoke to manager at head office 2 weeks ago and she was going to get in touch today 27th ..7 weeks later i have rang them again to be told no manager availble to speak to me ..this is appaulling and so un profesional i think its a disgrace to do this to customers. What happend to customer care and service ...i cant beleive a company can do this and not once contacted me ..such a joke lidl.
