It’s very hit and miss, some days you’re in and out pretty quick and other days you could be a good few hours, staff are polite and friendly.

Arrived on time and then sat for over 3hrs to get into off loading area and then nearly 1hr to get tipped. One forklift is not enough pathetic. Not the forklift drivers fault

Staff are usually friendly here. It does take a while to tip sometimes due to the sheer volume of stock they want delivered all at the same booking time. They could do with managing this better and spreading the deliveries out more.

First time for me today, the building looks run down. I was given the option of 4 chilled bays, all of them were full. 15 minute wait and 15 minutes to unload 6 pallets. I’d say that wasn’t to bad compared to other RDC,
