We often go shopping here and have something to eat at the same time. Quite easy to get to off Tritton Road however at busy times it can take a while to get in/out. The car park is quite large and we have always found a space without any problems. There are cash machines outside and the store itself is spacious and well designed. I particularly like the market street feature and the range of products is excellent and reasonably priced (in my opinion). The cafe is nice and the food is good and freshly cooked, unlike some other supermarkets cafes where the grub is under heated lamps all day and is quite frankly often inedible. The cafe is bright and clean and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. So overall not bad at all.

Good produce and reasonable prices. We use the cafe and the food was nice and hot. Staff were friendly and the tables were clean and tidy. Most tills were open and items were easy to find. We asked about a product and was taken to where it was located by a staff member. Happy to use again in the future. My wife left a bag of shopping at the checkout and realised when she got home and call them. Customer service was great and they rang back in 5 minutes saying that it had been handed in.

Pretty great Morrisons store actually! Store has been around for a long long time and seems to keep itself new and updated. Although a lot of chains stay open 24 hours, this one (and I assume most Morrisons) do not, but they close at 11pm on most days, so that's usually a plus for late trips.

As a rule I like this shop, good bread, meat etc. Today was another story, the young lad behind the butchers counter hasn't heard of hand washing, thought we'd have breakfast and got the hardest poached eggs I've come across then to top it off when I got home my paper had double one set of inserts but missing the other which contains the pub quiz, Saturday ruined, I'll forgive you Morrisons if only because your donuts are so good.

We regularly shop here. The staff are very helpful, take a personal interest in their customers and ask after missing regulars. The food is always of good quality, fresh, and reasonably priced. I think their traceability is good too - this was one of the few firms that didn't have to panic during the horsemeat scandal. I have tried defecting to other supermarkets, but always return here. The criticisms I have are regarding the store size - It can seem cramped for people using wheelchairs or disabled buggies, although people are usually good mannered about giving way in the aisles, and the car park- although it is large, the kerb edges are sometimes difficult to manoeuvre around if you have to park in certain spaces.
