Always liked it here, however I may not come back due to poor customer service. I had been upstairs having my drink for 25 minutes when a member of staff came and took away my tray of drinks when I clearly had not finished (there was still half a cup of coffee left). I said "I haven't finished," and he told me "we're getting pretty busy so...🤷🏼‍♀️" and told me to leave. I understand it being busy on a Saturday, but he did not even try being polite about it. At least let me finish my drink next time?

Unbelievable coffee, fantastic choice and great staff. Frequently hosts events like Comedy nights or live music. A must visit when in Lincoln.

Best coffee shop in lincoln by far. Great atmosphere, I had an iced coffe and a chicken and bacon potato longboat very tasty food and great coffee for a fairly low price. Kind staff and great interior decorations. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Probably the best coffee in Lincoln, great location and friendly staff. Perfect for coffee lovers. They also have some special events on the weekends sometimes.

Amazing service , never letting me down with what drinks they can make and always asking how my day was , lots to do with events and knowlegde ,a mini community in there really is a gem to lincoln . Stay true aroma.
