Being first time buyers we had no clue on what to expect or do. Michael was absolutely amazing and helped us every step of the way. He always responded to our calls and emails. Michael is straight to the point with no nonsense. He even managed to lower our mortgage payments after the initial offer was agreed. This was taken on Michael’s own initiative, he really didn’t need to do this! But it shows Michael’s customer service is awesome and all he wants is the best for his clients! Michael has been superb throughout! Highest recommendation! He was introduced to me through another mortgage advisor and I’m really glad he was.
