Very unprofessional, miserable and sarcastic when you go in to collect parcels. Need to desperately work on customer service skills or find a job they enjoy.
This post office is by far the best one I have been to. The queue times are short if any and the staff are very friendly and informative. I've used this post office for banking as well as postage services. Never a chore.
Always received amazing service from the staff behind the Post Office counter. I bank takings from a local school's fundraising events and they are always efficient, very helpful and kindly offer advice to help make the process easier.
The most unprofessional service I have seen in the last 10 years. I ordered some items online and selected this branch for the click and collect service. Once I had confirmation the parcels were ready to collect I went into the post office to get them. The lady behind the counter spent 10 minutes debating with me as to why the parcel wouldn't be there while a long use formed behind me, eventually she decided to look for the parcel and found it straight away. Surely it would have made more sense to just look to see if she had it as opposed to wasting everyone's time. The following day, with another clock and collect parcel we repeated the same 10 min debate. This time she didn't even look for it and I left empty handed. I spoke to the supplier the following day and it transpires that she had refused to accept the parcel royal mail click and collect Additionally, while in the branch I had to listen to the Clarks being verbally abusive to a postman who was collecting sacks of mail. Obnoxious people behind the counter here. A shame on a national institution!
The rudest and most backwards group of old women I have ever come across run this post office and adjoining tat shop. It's no wonder the post office is dying off when they allow people like that to represent the service.
Small Post Office which offers the usual array of services including withdrawing money. Nearly always busy.
