The Staff are helpful if available. There's Normally a wait to check out, the store isn't that well stocked but like others it's the closest store. It has disabled spaces and is accessible, also has toilets and a cafe. Fuel prices are always dearer than other supermarkets nearby.
I’m usually in Morrisons as it’s a very convenient store for me as I just down from my work, I normally go to the customer service checkout points to get my tobacco and scratchcards. I don’t mind being ID, I’m happy to give up my identification when needed but I am not required to take it out of my wallet as long as they can clearly see it clearly through the plastic film, There is a couple people that work behind the customer service desk and they’re normally alright. Sadly I do not know her name, but one lady with black hair is lovely and does her job to the highest of Standards but an older lady called Louise seem to think she can make up rules on the spot and insult me, so she asked for my ID and I show it to her clearly in my wallet behind the plastic film, as I’m not required to take it out! Then she starts getting all high rate and telling me I am required to take it out and that she has to have it in her hand which is not true, after she starts saying I don’t want to touch your wallet as I don’t know where it’s been and just acting generally rude to me for no absolute need she also stated “do you want the tobacco” implying that if I do not take my ID out of my wallet and pass it to her, she will not be able to process the payment, there’s no need to think you have more authority than the average person! Not impressed stop treating people differently
Was refused an energy drink with my meal deal, lol. The Morrisons woman on the self-checkouts was a bit of a jobsworth to be honest and probably could do with a bit more training in customer service... I can also understand if I looked young, but I do not and for an energy drink?! First time for everything I suppose, but at least I saved money. Will not shop here again.
Im sure the roast chicken dinner would have been very nice if they hadnt run out before 13.00 hours. And the Cesar salad. Settled for the burger and chips. Very nice when it eventually arrived. And they wasn't busy. Thank god.
Awful awful supermarket. Suspect writing own reviews here?! Stock range and levels are awful. The self check out constantly malfunctions. The presentation is awful looking more like Lidl or Aldi than Morrisons! However the cafe and bakers deli butcher and fishmonger and fresh florist is a good addition..... Just seems to be lacking decent management?
This Morrison is a big supermarket, there is loads of variety of food and offer are good. They have toilets and a big carpark. There are loads of self-service machines and staff very friendly. If you have a Morrison card you collect points and nice discounts.
Staff very helpful and always kind. Accessible store, local for me so will usually go here. But not always fully stocked and they keep changing where things are. Could do with being bigger; sell more clothes or home wear.
Constantly queuing and staff just chatting with one another near the till area rather than serving. Doesn't look great. Staff who are serving are great. However lack of product and unresponsive staff puts me off shopping here anymore.
Morrisons disgusting £120 pending charge put on peoples bank accounts when using the pay at pump . There is no reason this should be happening it used to be. £1 now people are having £120 robbed from their bank accounts and held up to 74 hours !! It’s Criminal Activity Morrisons Absolutely Disgusting.
Very good, wide product range, can usually get the things I go in for. Bit pricier than Aldi round the corner however stocks the branded stuff that Aldi don’t….
