Store is great some brill staff and some not so brill ...Cafe can be a hit or a miss think it depends whose cooking in kitchen.....the guys that collect the trolleys that are scattered about the car park should be praised working in the cold as their the older generation never see the young ones collecting trolleys in the cold, while everyone else is in the warmth they should be given more warm drink breaks ....toilets are disgusting dust everywhere the smell tbh I witnessed the cleaner use the same cloth on the toilet which then got used on the next toilet and sinks.....infection control would have a field day. Oh the mop shouldn't be put down a toilet then used on floor...need to get a new cleaner that actually cleans EVERYTHING. Customers need to feel they are using clean toilets, I have on several occasions made in store complaints and shown no improvement at all.

The experience is amazing especially check-out girls Leslie & Jodie ,the fantastic support they offer to me and my friend to choose our daily Tarts is a real Joy .

Only advertised Scottish breakfast but also supplied an English one with no fuss. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Very clean and tidy.

Well presented and stocked at decent prices only downfall is some of the older staff at the petrol station part are exceptionally rude
