Item was there and waiting! As it was very heavy, 2 staff kindly carried it to my car. They saw I had our dog in the car. Said he's allowed inside next time. They went inside and came out with a couple of dog treats for him.nA great shopping experience with friendly and helpful staff. Oh and the hoist I bought was an amazing price and well built. Thank you Halfords!!
I’ve got to say that the service provided by James was exceptional. Visited the Dumfries store on 2 occasions and his knowledge is fantastic whilst his customer service is the best I’ve experienced. Fitted my bike racks in no time and walked me through the set up. Gold star James
Cannot really comment on the product but it certainly looks and feels up to Halfords Advanced high quality standards. What I can comment on is Halfords' superb staff. Very helpful & polite & efficient. Thanks again.
Visited Halfords Dumfries for the repair of a small stone chip to my windscreen. The chip was repaired by Sean who was incredibly professional and did an amazing job. Absolutely no sign of the chip at all afterwards. Would definitely recommend Sean and Halfords Dumfries for your windscreen repair.
Outstanding service, Sean Dumfries was so helpful, I had a few questions and Sean sorted everything for me, his knowledge was incredible, super friendly and helpful, and he also checked my car over as I had a long drive ahead of me and he filled me with confidence knowing my car was ok, well done Halfords for employing an amazing member of staff Kiet green landy
