In all my life of coming here, I've never seen one trolley being cleaned. No tissue after lockdown and definitely no cleaning as plastered around the place.nnIt's not a big deal but blatant lies don't go down well with me.nnInside? I wouldn't know where to start. After encountering the three on fruit and veg, you'll be wishing you hadn't bothered. Three of them together have the personality of a goldfishnnUsed to be a decent lad of the fish counter, however I expect the better staff have moved on to more lucrative opportunities.
Lazy workers as per usual, have never once received a full delivery always refunded or replaced and then my replacements get refunded most lazy workers ever. For one of the biggest Morrisons you're telling me you haven't got one single kind of mozzarella, not one single kind of bottle of coke, you haven't got one single kind of feta cheese, you haven't got one single kind of bottle of water, not one single kind of olive oil, not one single kind of mince, not one single kind of dilute juice???? Absolute joke
For goodness sake!!!! Ordered through just eat again. You’re absolutely abysmal. For massive store your telling me you don’t have mozzerela or lucoxade? Ya never get a full order. Your staff are lazy the packing is lazy and I will from now on use the cowgate Morrisons. which is smaller but never an issue. Your place is a joke
Twice now they have cancelled my grocery order in less than a week.nThe first time it inckuded important medicines! You cant speak to anyone over the phone, they have zero accountability
The staff are super friendly, I've become friendly with a few over the last 5 years I've lived in Heaton, this is my nearest supermarket byker. Pricing great, Don't get me wrong, some staff are abrupt, but generally they are great. Nice selection in store. One gripe is on busy periods, 1 checkout person, at the self checkout is annoying, it is for the staff too. It's badly managed at these points.
