Horrible experience today, Sunday 10/8/2025 Door was closed when it wasn’t yet 4pm. I counted up to 5 customers standing there with up to 7 minutes before closing stranded and the security guy saying we weren’t going to finish shopping before 4pm. How would he know? I was there to pick up a single item on the shelf. Never seen any other business calculate their closing time this way. Shocking.nI’ll recommend they revise their closing time to 3:50pm maybe or put a caveat that customers would no longer be let it 10mins or 5mins before closing.
Really good shopping experience. Store clean and a pleasure to walk around. Food always fresh and has good dates. Love how you can get all your favourites and some extras you wouldn't find anywhere else!
4th September 2025. An Aggressive security guard who firstly made a customer uncomfortable by following him and he was screaming at the security guard to stop following him, then when I was helping a lady with a 3 month old baby who has bought lots of shopping and only had 2 bags and a full wheel basket, I offered to carry her bags while she pulled the basket to her car.nThe basket activated the alarm, but instead of the security guard allowing her to take the basket when he could clearly see she was carrying the baby, he got aggressive towards myself and the lady I was helping... He did offer her a token for the trolley but the lady told me to go and I seen her carrying her shopping to the car. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the security guard, anyone who has had a baby knows it's difficult and a struggle with a new born... I'm going in to make a complaint.
Super clean and easy to get round shop. Makes shopping a more pleasant experience. Had everything we needed and more.
£45 parking charge because my shopping took longer than 1 hour and half. Just be aware in case you don’t read the sign, like me‍. Quite disappointed.
