I worked there in security this week. At Morrison's great park, under exceptional leadership, this store stands out. The manager's strategic organization ensures a seamless positive environment for staff and customers. A tidy environment and motivated staff reflect dedication to customer satisfaction. It's a well-oiled machine of efficiency and positivity, setting a high standard for excellence. In my point of view major credit goes to the store manager management skills and her positive and energetic attitude.
Not a very big Morrisons, so the range is not massive, but it's a good store. It was hard to find the first time as Google maps got lost in the new estate, but it's easy to return to once you have worked out the way
The store itself is beautiful, lovely layout and spacious. Everything looks modern and clean. The cafe lets it down. Popped in for breakfast yesterday and what a disappointment it was. My friend asked for brown toast when she ordered and it came with white toast, my breakfast came with no toast. It was totally unappetising. The scrambled egg was all stuck together like a slab, everything was just thrown on the plate. The person serving looked sick of their life.nnI know you get what you pay for at a supermarket cafe but the West Denton Morrisons cafe is so much better than this one.nnFor the extra few £ I definitely reccommend trying Plaza around the corner for breakfast, its miles better.
Staff are great, always so friendly. Plenty of stuff to choose from, great produce love the choice of the salad bar, bakery, deli, butcher and pizza in market street. Always some bargains to be had with the yellow stickered items too.
Might as well be paid by Morrisons when doing my shopping for all the scanning. No one at normal till and the lady who could help was looking for other things to do. Usually customer service is okay there but tonight awful. Takes ages to scan things!
