AVOID!!!!!nnI honestly can’t bring myself to visit this shop anymore. On numerous occasions whether I’ve been dropping off or collecting parcels, or simply purchasing items I’ve experienced consistently poor customer service. I genuinely can’t recall a single time I was treated with basic courtesy or respect.nnThis shop handles multiple parcel companies, which many others do not, yet it clearly lacks the organisation and professionalism required to manage this service properly. Instead of assistance, customers are met with attitude and disrespect while simply trying to use a service the shop itself offers.nnThe owner seriously needs to reassess how this business is run, as the current standard is unacceptable. I come from a family of shop owners, and I know first-hand that even when dealing with the pressures of parcel services, customers should always be treated with patience, care, and understanding.nnI would rather travel out of my way than return here. I consistently leave feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, and as a result, I will not be coming back.
Very poor and unprofessional service.nnMy wife attempted to drop off a parcel here and was flatly refused, with the staff member stating—without even measuring—that the parcel was larger than the courier’s accepted size. This was said confidently and dismissively.nnMy wife is a very modest person and has social anxiety, so this experience was particularly upsetting for her.nnWhen I returned with the exact measurements, the same staff member finally measured the parcel and confirmed it was well within the size limit. Only then was it accepted—without any apology and with a rude attitude throughout.
Went to use post office today and no one was serving at that counter or any other. On one counter there was a no service sign so i automatically went to the main counter as I have done many times. When the server came she rudely said that’s for the post office not for here.I said I know but no one was there or anywhere. She then took 2 steps to the post office counter and pointed to the sign above saying this is the post office. Really was that necessary. Clearly belittling customers must be ok these days.
Absolutely cracking little shop. Ignore the half brained wingers who don't understand how systems work so leave a 1 star review they stock just about everything so happy to have it on my doorstep.
Thanks very much to the boy who wears the woolly hat in Londis Chapel Park. I was sending back my EE broadband and tv equipment. He took the care to suggest I take a photo of my receipt as he said EE are terrible for not confirming returns and charging people for that. 2 months later had a message from EE charging me £85 for not returning my equipment. Thankfully I had photo of receipt, rang EE gave them the tracking number and they have cancelled my charge. Sorry don't know your name but thanks for saving me £85 !!!
