Had a couple of deliveries from here however some of the items were split and spoilt when I reported this i was given a refund. Lovely store used to be co op plenty of car park space free for 2 hours disabled access available free blue badge parking spaces toilets in store plus a small cafe everything nice and clean and well labelled very easy to find stuff staff very friendly and helpful brilliant service
Filthy grubby tables hadn't been cleared in cafenToasted sandwich warm bread not toasted, sent back and returned burnt on top and still warm bread on bottom slicen£4.50 per toasties and 3 cheese toastie with no cheese inside!nUnderstaffed and freezing. 1st and last visit!
I shop here regularly and would say it's a medium sized store, so has a large selection of products but perhaps missing some of the more obscure items found in the larger stores. Good mix of self checkouts and belted tills, so if you have few items and are in a hurry you can use the self checkouts. However, there's plenty of tills always open, so there's not a long wait to be served, even on busy days/times. There's a large car park, so finding a space isn't an issue. There's disabled and parent bays near to store entrance. Trolley's need a coin or token to use them.
walked in to order the first thing we heard was the man swearing, ordered went to find a seat every table was covered in previous persons foods open sauces empty bottles really disgusting.nwe then waited 20 m for a cottage pie that when it finally arrived looked like dog sick on a plate really disappointing. never eating there again and the peas were cold needs more staff or staff that actually care about the place to run it properly.
Went to use cafe for breakfast, absolutely empty and reviews on here give a clue why.nSarcastic member of staff convinced me not to eat. Raised the issue with management who said they would deal and even offered me a free breakfast..which would have been lovingly cooked by the problem in the first place..no thanks!!
