I have the Asda rewards card which was very very useful, then they took away the spin wheel bonus and now it's just useful. And the other day I went in for my favourite yogurt the extra special yogurt asda brand. They advertise the black cherry which is the only one I eat but they sell all the other flavours except that one, and It wasn't sold out because the shelf was full of all the other flavours. They also keep on messing with the price of the Belvoir ginger cordial. One week it's £4+ and the next few weeks it's£3+.nPlease try and be consistent.
Rude member of staff! Working in retail you should help your customers. Always put your best in whatever you do, even a job you obviously do not like.
The prices in this Asda are extortionate and unreasonably high compared to other Asda stores and online this is exploiting the people living locally - there’s literally homeless people right outside you make life hard and it’s unfair to take advantage especially because of the cost of living crisis. I literally have to drive 3 miles away to go to another Asda where the price for groceries is £1/£2 cheaper per item!
This store is used to be a very good store, staff was very good, co-operative and always smiley. They still have some very good staff specially elderly but some are very rude. The other day a sales assistance misbhave with me for no reason even ladies in the queue told her off.nAs I worked as a Store Manager in London I would suggest Higher Management & HR should focus on the training of the staff. They need to make sure that staff is mature enough to handle the fast paced environment.
