I shop regularly at this asda's, it has a big carpark with clothes recycling bin at the top end, cash machine, click & collect & nice little halal meat section. Staff here are mainly pleasant and helpful , on one occasion one of the ladies who worked there paid for my shopping as I had a issue with my card and didn't want the money back either  Majority of the time shelves are well stocked and you can get mostly everything you need here. There's also a small stationary section/toys and home items.

Most stupid people…nLazy, rude and unprofessional…nKeep doing useless things like using phone talking each other etc..nThose who are in power are disgusting worker are goodnbut they seem part timer…nNever recommend to anyone

Take too much long time on click and collect very bad experience with staff. I would not recommend it for click and collect.

Very bad customer service and workers are not helpful. Today I asked worker on self checkout plz print receipt, she was so rude and said you should sort out it. Our system is new I can’t do.nLast week in customer service old lady was denied for exchanging by saying our system is new. You should return where you bought small heath Asda.nAnother time worker argued and said you are not allowed on self check out with  trolley as before I always used.nFew time they said our system is low so cash only accepted…nI never had any issue with any other ASDA. I used to live Leicester , London never had any issue but in Birmingham bordesly green one always end up disappointed…. Thanks

There is a pretty Asian woman Sam whom asked  on occasions to write a review as I shop there at least 2 times a week for many years . Personally I like the people who work there , it's well managed and always has a good range of products . Immaculate and professional service . Give them a pay rise .
