Ordered and paid online. Received text confirming collection details. Goods held until the end of the next business day. Not sure why this was because I had paid! Collecting was easy too. Went straight to the counter. Receipt emailed to me on collection.
Very helpful and pleasant staff. No waiting and was served as soon as i walked through the door. I was collecting an item i had ordered and paid for online. It took two minutes to collect. Great service!
Easy access no issues staff very helpful
Absolutely terrible customer service I simply asked why they don't have an item that is in stock in every other shop near this one and was told in a very sarcastic and rude tone "maybe because we are waiting on a delivery!" As a paying customer I do not expect to be treated that way. Will not be going back
I had an awful experience with Argos over the weekend. I ordered online for an item to be collected from my local store approx 1mile from home stock was shown as available. Upon arrival I was informed that the order was for a store around 40 miles from my home. Having checked and double checked there was no rhyme or reason for this and appears to have been an issue with Argos online order and collection service. The only offer made to me was that I pay for the item twice and reorder whilst in store. So in turn I paid £140.00 for a £70.00 item. Thankfully I was in a fortunate enough position that I could afford this and as I needed the item today I went ahead. However I have provided this feedback to Argos as I sincerely hope this service is improved for those who experience this in the future. It was incredibly difficult to contact via phone and eventually I was directed back to online live chat. This service was also not understanding of my concerns and even when an agent joined, they were rude and they left. Very disappointed with the service from Argos today
Bought a radio alarm clock but realised it wasn’t what I wanted. Took it back to exchange for different one and no quibbles whatsoever. Money refunded and new item bought. Very nice staff and very friendly. Wish more shops had staff like them.
I had to return an item today I didn't have a receipt, but could prove when I had purchased it with my bank account. The guy that assisted me was so helpful & dealt with the problem very well. I was so impressed. Thank you again
What can I say it's Argos. They are quite organised when it comes to taking payments and the retrieval of the goods you buy. They will try there best to help you with any questions you have and even have items transferred from another store if not in stock. Only thing I find is that there catalogue isn't as extensive as it is if you buy online but they have the essentials plus some. Taken a star away for the new layout, its to open and there is no goods on display.
Ordered a watch through click and collect. Service was quick and generally good however the item had been previously opened and looked to be ex-display so i had to request a different one that had not been previously opened.
