Ordered and paid online. Received text confirming collection details. Goods held until the end of the next business day. Not sure why this was because I had paid! nCollecting was easy too. Went straight to the counter. Receipt emailed to me on collection.
Terrible parking and only one member of staff on- very poor
Very helpful and pleasant staff. No waiting and was served as soon as i walked through the door. I was collecting an item i had ordered and paid for online. It took two minutes to collect. Great service!
I had an awful experience with Argos over the weekend.nnI ordered online for an item to be collected from my local store approx 1mile from home stock was shown as available. Upon arrival I was informed that the order was for a store around 40 miles from my home. Having checked and double checked there was no rhyme or reason for this and appears to have been an issue with Argos online order and collection service.nnThe only offer made to me was that I pay for the item twice and reorder whilst in store. So in turn I paid £140.00 for a £70.00 item. Thankfully I was in a fortunate enough position that I could afford this and as I needed the item today I went ahead. However I have provided this feedback to Argos as I sincerely hope this service is improved for those who experience this in the future.nnIt was incredibly difficult to contact via phone and eventually I was directed back to online live chat. This service was also not understanding of my concerns and even when an agent joined, they were rude and they left. Very disappointed with the service from Argos today
Bought a radio alarm clock but realised it wasn’t what I wanted. Took it back to exchange for different one and no quibbles whatsoever. Money refunded and new item bought. Very nice staff and very friendly. Wish more shops had staff like them.
