Went to the newly opened 'customer experience centre' - what a fantastic experience! The new cars are out of this world and my budget!!! But the historic collection are brilliant, made all the better by the excitement and tension of them being kept behind closed doors. Our guide was brilliant and very knowledgeable and told us the story of each of the cars even Mr Bentleys own car!!! The AV show was fan tas tic !!!!
Today I got to experience the Bentley Factory tour for myself, as a non customer. We found out that this was one of 2 weeks in the last few years that non-customers could do the tour, and it was amazing. The level of hospitality showed by our tour guide John shows leaps and bounds about what Bentley as a company represents. The tour itself showed the level of detail put into each car, and the pride all of the employees we interacted with take in their work. We really felt like apart of the assembly line. We were treated as friends, and not people just prodding and poking into the factory. I really hope that Bentley continues the factory tour for the general public, as it is really the best advertisement for their cars, and has me rethinking what cars I want to own in the future if given the chance.

True marvel for engineering, fantastic quality and staff, this was the 100th year for Bentley and they put on a great shows for family members of employees who work there.
Worked here for 12 yrs, by far the best employer I've had and the best job by a country mile....

Bentley Cars celebrates its 100th Anniversary with the carbon free electric super car. If you haven't been, then you should, I had a great time, amazing.
Done a big job there great bunch of people looked after us brilliantly laid on grub and drinks fantastic people
Was exceptionaly closed because some sick stafff...but it wasn't mentioned anywhere on the net, otherwise we wouldn't have travel so far for nothing. What a disappointment.
