I am annoyed at how the store cancelled my two orders for surprise bags through the too good app. When I went into store they said they had up until 3pm to cancel this if they didn't have enough food, the email updates and changes to my reservations didn't come through until after 3.05pm so this is very annoying and poor customer service especially when the order was placed the day before.nnI think you need to get a better idea of how to predict what you have before you announce onto an app, at least if you do have plenty left over you can give it to the people scrounging outside your supermarket asking for money! At least you'd be doing something useful.
The staff, bar a few, are the most unhelpful and rude staff, especially the supervisors/team leaders. Many customers leaving. Since they did the revamp the worst shop I've been to. Once I've used the vouchers I'm gone....back to asda. Nice friendly staff.
Unfortunately your bakers do not know their bread. Twice we have been sold wholemeal labelled as granary, which was what was wanted. Perhaps your bakers could concentrate on their work.
All new cabinets looks very pretty but no use to disabled shoppers using a mobility scooter unable to get the doors opened to shop no shop assistants around to help left the store with milk which was all I could reach
Got some market street hot crossed buns a 6 pack never again there was hardly any fruit in & no taste I know there only a pound but you would expect a little more fruit
