Went over today had look around ! I think this shop getting more expensive and there prices are going up! And l had used the male toilets l have say this they were bit dirty not well clean they could do with upgrade bit small ! And be big bigger male toilets! That's what Morriston need 2 do ! Another thing when l was in staff were standing around chatting for longtime l seen it ! They get paid 2 work not standing chatting alltime and Morriston could do a spring clean its bit shabby new lick off paint wouldn't go a miss ! Bit dirty ! I seen better Morriston in North East this not one them
I have always enjoyed shopping at morrisons. The fresh food counters are always nicely set out . The staff are very friendly they deserve a medal for working through the covid period we couldn't have survived without them. But I have noticed a change recently with the introduction of automatic tills The staff are becoming very frustrated coping with customers who don't know how to operate this system. Please retain a few extra manned tills. Thank you. Mr John Robertson. South shields.
Too few manned checkouts. Replaced by self-service checkouts. Will go elsewhere. I'm not using them as I'm not paid for it. Bring back more manned checkouts it's more cheerful & less stressful
We mainly go here because they sell eggs individually, so much less wasted packaging. Morrisons also always has a good range of local beers, wherever in the country you are. And in general it's a good supermarket.
Just a note to thank Aimee for her patience today when I had an issue with an Amazon locker. She went above and beyond trying to solve the problem - excellent customer service. Thanks again!
Good choice and variety for the size. Usually clean and well stocked when I go. Decent size car park. Would be good if they had a scan and go shopping check out like other superstores have as not as many manned tills for larger checkouts.
1- carrier bag 60 p 2_carrier bag far from self check out 3- check out machine does not give you receipt if you do not ask...and there is a security man may ask you for receipt any second.
Good range of goods, always fresh products, the best fresh meat and fish in the area, and the most tasty pastry.
Great place for a toilet break when you are a taxi driver.
