Only used this store once. Its store is great for forgotten items or a small shop but didnt carry everything the other stores I usually frequent, as its quite small. The was plenty of parking a positive and I found it alot quieter to walk around.
Came out of here after doing my weekly shop to find someone had bumped into and damaged my van. Went back into store to ask security guy on door if there was any CCTV in car park. Absolutely disgraceful attitudenDidn't want to know and waved me away to go and ask management. Think they need to train their staff better about customer interaction. Certainly not as smiley and helpful as the TV adverts would lead you to believe. Unbelievable.
Yesterday the lady who was on tills at lottery told me my scratch card wasn’t a winner and she said she tried 3 times , I knew it was a £5 winner she must have entered the wrong numbers ? I told her it defo was a winner and she gave me it back , I’ve took it to another store and got the winnings no problem , maybe this lady struggles to read the cards ? Be careful as some people could have just thrown it away !
The toilets in this establishment are vile, you can smell the wee from the end of the corridor and when in the men's toilets it smells worse than council owned public toilets.nCome on get some cleaners
