A young colleague in the store pharmacy was so helpful to my mum. She was struggling to walk and I asked for use of a wheelchair. She told me she wasn’t sure where they had been kept but she would get me access to one and asked if my mum would like to rest in the pharmacy until it was brought for her. The pharmacy was not yet open to the public but she let us sit down inside until another colleague brought us the wheelchair to use which was so helpful. My mum usually hates going shopping but was so impressed with the service today as was I we will be back weekly. Thank you Morrisons.
Better than the Preston Grange store. At least the heating works here and they have proper mini-stotties Unlike the upside-down buns at Preston Grange which they refer to as "Stotties"

It's a convenience store, I find the prices are well over the average. Better to shop at Aldi and Asda.
It's the better of the big supermarkets. A necessary evil as the local stores are now all closed.
Don't like being pestered by the Chugger on the way out - a person who approaches passers-by in the street asking for subscriptions or donations to a particular charity. "when you have chuggers outside your shop, people just cross the road" Other staff very helpful. Provisions seem to becoming less.
Store looking dowdy and run down . Prices higher than other supermarkets. Because of this the store is normally empty so ok for a quick , pricy, shop.
Waited for 10 mins on the delivery counter,only 1 member of staff for the whole section.Gave up waiting .
Opens a bit earlier weekday than other local shops especially the 'step back on time' late opening time for the nearest Sainsburys local. Particularly useful one early time as I really needed the loo and was not driving! Always used this store for stocking up eldest child with university food. Staff friendly - as per the norm for anywhere in the north east in my experience.
