I cant praise this business enough!!  Coming three hundred miles North, on the day before Christmas eve, to visit my folks for Christmas when two thirds of the way up after a short stop my engine warning light came on in my Discovery.  During the remainder of the trip I must have phoned virtually every dealer in first North Yorkshire and then subsequent counties on my way with absolutely no help at all.  When I got to my destination,  feeling desperate by this stage, I tried Morpeth Motor Company by sending them a message through their website at around 11pm!  In the morning Steve had phoned to say that they had someone Phil in their Pegswood garage who could take a look.  Phil was fantastic and after diagnosing the issue extremely professionally he phoned round his suppliers and arranged for the parts to be delivered and he stayed on to fit them and check again that the car was sound.    If you want professional service from a truly genuine set of people I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them very highly.  They saved my Christmas holidays!Service:&nbsp;Electrical repair

Great garage have had recent repairs done by Morpeth motor company and very impressed with the friendliness and help from all at the garage.

Always get an independent mechanic to inspect any second hand car purchases! We paid 2500 for a car from the Morpeth Motor Co which we had been using to transport our grandchildren in. The pre MOT garage told us the car was was a 'dangerous rustbucket' after a years use.

Used this garage for years now, both my partner and myself have bought vehicles from Steve. Always return for mot and services. No problem is ever too big or small for them. Will continue to use for years to come!

Fantastic garage been using this garage for years i don't go anywhere else

When buying my vehicle service was amazing, Once I had purchased I had to wait a week for replacement tyres as the ones it came with were punctured or bald, Out of the price we agreed x2 tyres were to be replaced  within the cost and I would pay for the other 2.  After a week still no new tyres, The garage repaired the tyres and I left the garage as I had commitments, Now 5 months later after many times chasing for tyres I have not received a call regarding replacing my tyres so I am £300 out of pocket for like/like replacement. I was advised these tyres were not available and I advised I would provide a substitute spec which I would foot the cost difference.  After 1 month I paid for all tyres to be replaced to a new spec which I proposed to the garage, Changed by somewhere else not the garage!  I was told the garage would advise the DVLA of vehicle change so I would receive my V5.. 3 months after waiting I find out through the DVLA after I contacted them directly no notice had been made, This cost me £40 on postal order and tracked delivery.  Due to the empty words said to me I could no longer trust anything this garage has supposedly done as such I booked my vehicle in for a service else where, It was discovered the air filter was jammed up so this was replaced, Thankfully it seemed everything else was completed.  Would I buy from this garage again? MAYBE! but not likely  Would I return to this garage for any works, Sorry but no.  It is a shame...

Thoroughly impressive service, bought a Freelander 2 from the company, Steve and Paul couldn’t have been more helpful. I had an issue which was quickly resolved without any questions. I’d certainly recommend others to look here for a used vehicle.

Excellent friendly service, although it was the other half buying a vehicle  not me, we were both made to feel very welcome, would definitely recommend,
