Jackpot, we saw a car on line and found it hard to believe the price, spoke to Kieran who was very knowledgeable and he even sent us a private video of the vehicle in question. very understanding and he provided service above and beyond. We could have purchased the car online but still decided to make the 150 mile journey to check everything out and do the 15-20 minute test drive, and to our delight we found everything was exactly as it was described. We had the car delivered to our home over 150 miles away on the date agreed without any issues. Even had a follow call the day after by Kieran to make sure we were happy with everything Excellent service and customer understanding. Cheers Kieran

I went into the showroom with a vague idea of what I was looking for. All staff present were very helpful and found the right person to help me. Kieran was so lovely and explained all of my options clearly. We talked through all options and he recommended what would best suit my needs, without ever pushing any products or services in particular. He helped me make a really good choice and I felt he genuinely had my best interests at heart.  As a single woman I have had negative experiences in showrooms before but all the staff made me feel very comfortable and did not speak down to me at any point. Overall, I’m really happy with the service I received from Kieran and all staff in Morpeth. They were all very kind, helpful and knowledgable and were happy to explain any tiny detail I asked about. I’ve already recommended them to several friends.

Just bought a used car from them, painless and well explained. Great support, even when i couldn't use my eyes properly to find the main glovebox to find the wheel nut socket, very patient and helpful until i found it.

Outstanding service from Kieran , due to unforeseen circumstances meant I had a very long wait for my car . Kieran kept me up to date with everything either via email or phone call . Jamie , the manager  was always on hand to help with advice as well . Five stars to all the Team at Morpeth , always welcomed with a smile and a coffee .
