Bought a car from here a few months ago and was told it would have an MOT and a full service before I picked it up. However, since picking up the car I have discovered several issues that should have been picked up and rectified during a service but have obviously been ignored. I then discovered there is no stamp in my service book which makes me question whether it was ever actually serviced in the first place. When I contacted the garage about these issues they assured me the car was serviced and they would reimburse me for some work I had done to fix some of the issues I'd had. They asked me to email over the information and receipts for the work done but since then I have heard nothing back. They have now been avoiding me and ignoring my messages for three weeks. I feel I have been lied to about various things and to be honest I regret doing business with these people in the first place. Absolutely terrible customer service - after the car was paid for and taken home they didn't seem to care, as long as they had my money they were happy. I do not recommend this garage and will never return here in the future.

paid over £5000 for a car from here, pointed out it needed a new tyre as was illegal and the sump gasket was leaking , and needed replacing, this was agreed to be done, and it would be serviced. on collection of car the tyre had been replaced with a second hand one with not much more tread on, the sump gasket hadnt been replaced , was told a stop leak product had been put in to solve it ???? (which just gunks up your engine) and the engine oil was very black so obviously hadnt been changed, will never buy from these again . be warned
