Having used this cattery for a few years. I rang today to book my cat in (sadly just the one as I have lost 2 cats in 12 months 😔). I was told just one remains for the dates I needed. All booked in but when I asked how much and was given price. ....I said....it was a little expensive and needed to ring (to see if I could get financial help)....she put the phone down! (didn't even listen to what I was saying). I rang my aunt  (to help me out) then rang back  (straight to an answerphone. ....I left a message asking for a call back). I rang half an  hour later to be told that she'd hung up (this is what she told me)...and the kennels had been booked out!

Very highly recommend  friendly owners, been gong for a few years now with my dogs.
