Never ever go to this doctors, the reception staff are terrible, unhelpful, with no sympathy or empathy! You will wait for weeks for an appointment and now as I have moved a few streets away from where I have lived my whole life they have removed my 1 year old son from their register without warning!! Disgusting excuse of a health service and should be closed down!!

Doctor's are wonderful here. Listen supportive. Only reason marked down is the receptionists are scary. Find them unapproachable and I fully understand it can be a hard job but you can still be professional and have a heart....

Always told to call the next day at 8am for an appointment, line always busy until 8.15am. When finally getting through, appointments are always taken, and then im told to call the next day.
