Worst GP in the history of GP I have been sick for months have not had a single appointment it's always try calling tomorrow. Filled in an E Consult think I could book one that way taking the seriousness of my condition but still , all they could do is prescribe medication with out seeing me or any evidence I have outlining my condition. My bloodworks have said to have a problem but will never know what because I can hardly get an appointment to talk about them. What is the point of waking up 8 am everyday when the appointments will be filled by 8:15 and all I've had is line busy only to loose a spot by the end of this ordeal and not get an appointment.
Been at this practice for years. I like Dr. Farooq if that’s how you spell it but he didn’t tell me the seriousness of not finishing a course of antibiotics. Now I have a super-rash kinda My fault, not theirs. The only real criticisms of this GP’s that it’s near impossible to speak to a doctor on the same day, and that it’s near impossible to be seen to quickly.
The office staff there actively made it difficult for me to register as a patient here so I went elsewhere. The first time I went they made me feel very unwelcome just for asking to register. Practically threw the form at me from outside BTW as they wouldn't even let me in the building despite having my mask on and said just come back with a photo ID and the completed form. When I returned the same woman demanded an additional form of ID and told me "I would have asked you for that" despite her not doing so. Her attitude was appalling and it was as if she was trying to put me off registering. Well it worked because I went on to register at Park Street and despite taking extra ID they were happy to register me with just my driving licence as I'd. They were much more welcoming. They should be careful how they treat patients as they could end up putting someone off who has a serious issue that needs to be seen to. The office staff are just as responsible for the care of patients because they are that initial point of contact that gets patients through the door. I was overdue an important check up which, had I not been adamant to find an alternative Dr, could have delayed me from getting because of their awful attitude. Others may not feel so confident to do so after such horrible interactions. Do your job.
My 3rd day off work. All because the office staff said on 2 occasions I had been refused my prescription. Which led me to do without tablets for days causing pain to be unbearable. And all along a prescription was there for 2 weeks .
Worst doctors I've ever been at. I cannot actually comment on the prsessionalism of the doctor's, because I could never get an appointment to see one; but there is never more than 2 doctors on at a time if you're lucky.
Absolute shocking doctors, ive had nothing but problems with them, Dr Nirula is the worst, looked put out and in a rush to get you out the door, i will be changing doctors now!!
Literally never get any help from the doctors here
Always very helpful.
Translated by Google Every time I call in the morning there is no vacancy at the doctor. I have asthma and it is life threatening! Original Za kazdym razem kiedy dzwonie z rana nie ma juz wolnego miejsca u lekarza.Mam astme i to jest zagrozenie zycia!
