We bought a car from Moore car finance on the 28th of march 2017 and on the 2nd day of owning the car we had to have the brake pads changed all the way round (which we were never reimbursed for)we also had a problem with the car going into limp home mode. we called mark told him the problem he said he would take it to a garage and get it sorted.. He told us they took the turbo apart and cleaned it all up. The car was back and fourth in and out the garages 8 times as this did not fix the problem and it was coming back with the same problem over boost. limp home mode.. We took the car to Audi ( we told mark we were going to do this) and they told us the car had a faulty actuator and that the turbo would need replacing. so we told mark the outcome fair enough he paid for the inspection and he told us he would get the car into a garage in Bristol to fix it.. (Job done or so we thought)... he took the car had it for a week (yes mark did let us have a car to use and yes we did put fuel in the hire car when he had it returned unlike when we got ours back it had no fuel in ) when we finally got the car back mark told us that the turbo with a new one... Mark gave us a receipt for this (OR SO WE THOUGHT THE RECEIPT WAS ACTUALLY A QUOTE OF HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST TO REPLACE THE TURBO) the only thing on the quote that was done was they fitted a new ball joint and cam shaft sensor... (she photo of this quote) got car back same problem told mark he said to me (ive spent enough on this car im now at a loss)... (((I HAVE A DECLARATION FORM FROM MR MARK MOORE WHICH MARK DATED 28 OF MARCH 2017 STATING I CERTIFY THAT THIS VEHICLE HAS HAD A PRE DELIVERY INSPECTION AND ANY FAULTS HAS BEEN RECTIFIED SEE PHOTO))) we had the car back into our local garage and yes it did need a new turbo and no mark did not have a new one fitted see photos of the old one and the new one this is the message from the garage (( Had an Audi A3 in for a new turbo. The previous turbo had suffered from the actuator becoming seized allowing excessive boost pressure.... SO I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY FROM HIM WE HAD ALL SORTS OF PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR THAT WE NEVER GOT THE MONEY BACK FOR WE HAVE JUST SPENT 686.30 ON THE NEW TURBO NEW EGR AND OTHER PROBLEMS THAT WAS WITH THE CAR WHEN WE BOUGHT IT this is a few words from marks response about my previous review i left Response from the owner 3 months ago I was very disappointed to see this review today. I believe that I have gone above and beyond my obligations to ensure your satisfaction and piece of mind. You have only ever reported intermittent issues when you are driving the car alone, not at anytime, did this happen with the garage or when I personally drove the car on long journeys - this is a tricky issue to solve. (IM PRETTY SURE YOU DRIVING OUR CAR ON LONG JOURNEYS WITH OUT OUR PERMISSION IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE ) After cleaning the turbo and ultimately replacing it, ( THIS TURBO WAS NEVER REPLACED AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PHOTOS THE OLD TURBO SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEAN NOT SHI**Y AND RUSTED UP) the fault appeared a few weeks later.(THIS IS BECAUSE YOU DID NOT FIT A NEW ONE YOU DIDN'T WANT TO PAY OUT FOR ONE ) After the diagnosis, we replaced the faulty actuator which attaches to the turbo and this solved the problem. (NO IT DIDN'T AS I CONTACTED YOU AND YOU TOLD ME YOU HAD SPENT TOO MUCH ON THE CAR AND THAT YOU WAS AT A LOSS AND YOU COULDNT DO ANY MORE ) I pride myself on the excellent level of customer service that I offer, going above and beyond to ensure the highest standards of after sales care and would be very grateful if you could please review and retract this negative review. (( SO THERE YOU HAVE IT MR MARK MOORE LIED AND I HAVE THE PROOF BEWARE WHEN BUYING FROM THIS SELLER THIS IS NOT THE ONLY CAR THAT HE HAS SOLD THAT HAS HAD FAULTS YOU ONLY GOT TO READ THE REVIEWS.. HE WILL PROB NOW LEAVE ME ANOTHER RESPONSE ABOUT THIS REVIEW BUT WE ARE THE ONES AT A LOSS AS WE HAD TO PAY OUT FOR THE PROBLEM HE DIDN'T FIX.... AVOID AT ALL COST

I bought a very tidy 2004 plate Peugeot 307 from N B Moore car sales of Faringdon on 27/12/14, on the 29/12/14 for some reason its clutch failed. I had only driven approx 65 miles in it, well I had to buy a clutch kit and get it fitted locally, total cost nearly £200 I contacted Nick of N B Moore car sales and told him what had occurred, he asked me to come back to his site and see what he could do ( many car dealers would shift blame and avoid any responsibility ) I also mentioned that the horn wasn't working, so without fail Nick arranged for me to Go to the local Peugeot Dealers in Faringdon and they would look at it for me which I did on New years Eve So the main Peugeot Dealer rectified the fault on the cars horn also reset the radio code and did a OBD diagnostic check, charged to NB Moore Cars 2 days later I met up with N B Moore and he gave me a large proportion of my money back on the clutch and labour cost ( bearing in mind I had paid a bargain price for the car when I bought it) So buy a car from NB Moore Car sales Faringdon, with complete peace of mind, this is one used car dealer that will get repeat business from me and I can thoroughly recommend them to anyone
