Honest, genuine garage Firstly, very prompt in replies about the car and fair pricing. The dealer offered a no quibble delivery of the vehicle, with warranty too putting my mind at ease. The car was fairly priced and in the condition described so very happy!. Such a genuine and understanding garage when I was having trouble with my bank and the payment, and so were the delivery guys cannot thank them enough!!. Car is running great, but I would have no doubts that this garage would of sorted had it not been.
I placed a refundable deposit on a Vauxhall of £100. Only to find out a couple days later my dad had purchased me a car from the a friend at a fairer price with better miles. Happy with the found I message Ochard Motor Group to explain what had happened and ask if they may refund the deposit as they said. They ignored me for three days, so I decided to call and they ignored me again. After this I decided to not even bother with this low level quite frankly embarrassing fraud so I wrote the money off as a bad decision on my behalf as I jumped into purchasing without much research. The following week I received a phone call, from Orchard. Stating how I owed the money for the car that I had rented, I then realised who they were and said how in fact they owed me money to which they ended the phone call instantly. At this point I was confused so I decided to call back. After three calls a different man answered and said, “who are you.” Feeling disrespect he then stated how he will issue the refund when his, “boss is back.” Which has never been issued and I am still being ignored. I understand these are hard times. However, these type of actions are a display of their company morals, lack of integrity and conduct. If you are reading this I recommend you purchases somewhere else. Thank you, Tom white.
I have never dealt with your company but unfortunately your review page now comes up when searching for ORCHARD MOTOR GROUP - an absolute bunch of crooks based in B12 9DJ, Birmingham. I am writing this so anyone else who had to deal with their unscrupulous outfit doesn't inadvertently leave you guys a negative review. Upon closer inspection, ORCHARD MOTOR GROUP have edited their Google Maps entry so it now shows up as "HE" in the middle of Belgium! I have contacted Google and hope the listing will be corrected soon - in the meantime - you guys are potentially in the firing line for some dodgy reviews :-
