Awful experience! I had rang up the Accessorize store after seeing an item online so that I could reserve it. It was in the sale and there was only a couple left so... I spoke to somebody on the phone and they said that they had one and that they would put it back for me until I could get there which was the next day. However when I got to the store they didn't have the item that they told me they did so I wasn't very happy!!
