I wanted to buy a pair of trainers. I picked one, tried it on satisfactorily only to be told at the counter that the other one wasn't available . I was offered a size 8 or a 10, both totally unsuitable. Left the Chester store totally bemused. I've always bought shoes in matching pairs!
Great selection of shoes and clothing. Found the trainer I was after on sale rack. Took to till to a group of young staff chatting amongst themselves. One girl took the shoe off me an gave it to someone else an said I had to wait for the other to come down on a lift. I stood in the shop for 20mins by the till whilst the staff carried on serving an doing their job. The girl who advised me of this left with another staff member. No one spoke to me. I left, disappointed with out the trainers I had been after for so long... won't be going back. Didn't see one staff member about 20?.. nothing against age of workers!.. no one seemed to be bothered unless chatting by the till..
I had to wait a while for the trainers I wanted to try on. I don't understand why as we were 2 out of about 4 customers in the store. Staff were wandering around and felt like they were trying to avoid us. After I tried on my shoes I decided to buy them and had to really try and get the attention of the girl behind the till. She couldn't find my box despite it being the only box behind there. I felt like I was such an inconvenience to her and she only perked up as we turned to leave the shop. So disappointed and I feel I'd be too anxious to go back.
You can find any designer sneakers and other nice footwears on an affordable prices here. I have bought 2 sneakers here on different occasions, there have really nice qualities and it lasts long.
Great shop full of trendy Nike Adidas trainers. Cost a fortune for the big named brands .£110. For Nike trainers . Staff very helpful well done to you all .
Self obsessed staff that have no interest in doing what they are paid for. Music too loud, went in to buy clothes came out streesd with the terrible service and feeling like I had been in a night club full of young teens and street rats
I was very impressed with the responses from the staff and how willing they want to help
Been trying to ring them for the past 2 days to ask a simple question as I was told by another store they have a size of trainer I am after. Literally wanted to ask if they could keep them behind the till for me. 2nd day ringing now and no answer. I think jd need to change the manager of this store and replace them with someone who knows how to answer a phone when they hear it ring.
Large store great choice of products. Even though they're quite expensive!
Helpful staff, quick service and no queuing up at the till
