I discovered Lilia three years ago whilst looking for my engagement ring. Lilia’s designs stand out as different from the regular high streets designs - More interesting and very elegant, whilst retaining a signature which somehow identifies the work as Lilia’s. In addition to finding that I loved Lilia’s designs, I became really interested in the ethical side of her work. I really love that the metals are recycled and the stones ethically sourced. I chose a stunning deep blue sapphire engagement ring in Lilia’s signature setting and I love knowing the provenance of the stone and that the miner was paid fairly. I returned to Lilia for my wedding ring, a beautiful glittering white gold band with diamonds all around it. Since then I have bought more rings from Lilia plus earrings and a necklace. Each piece is so individual and so suited to me. Most recently, Lilia made for me an Art Deco design of her tourmaline trilogy ring, which I have had my eye on for a few years now. I absolutely love it. I wear a lot of blue and this sparkles and catches the eye with everything I enjoy wearing and reminds me of holidays at the coast and particularly an amazing time in Santorini. On a visit to Lilia’s lovely shop I fell in love with the perfect Chatham Emerald which is such a stunning teal colour. I wanted to wear it somewhere I could see it myself and so another idea for a ring started to form. With Lilia’s design input we came up with the combination of the emerald with a hot pink sapphire in a stunning setting which shows each stone off beautifully. It is very eye catching and so different - it has already drawn comments when I have been wearing it. I have loved communicating with Lilia and sharing ideas to come up with the perfect stones and the perfect design. I’m totally thrilled with all the jewellerry and will no doubt return for more over the years. Thank you Lilia.
