Amazing staff always friendly and have great product knowledge. They go the extra mile to find the right gift or product for you. It is rare to find genuine and consistent customer service. This store stands head and shoulders above many others, highly recommended.

Visited this store and found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and I received excellent customer service.

Excellent Service from start to finish, the lady serving us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she didn't pressure us and let us know the options available. We ended up returning moments later to buy even more perfume.

I would strongly recommend people avoid this store. The manager is a multi site manager who has recently obtained illegal covert recordings from a disgruntled and dishonest ex employee to use in investigations and disciplinary action against people whom she dislikes. This has been reported to the data protection commission.

Great knowledgable service with a smile today from Ying Song, who helped me to find precisely what I wanted, and made me aware of the new, more environmentally responsible packaging options, with low plastic level refills, which I went for. Thanks for your help today, Ying!

Terrible and pushy service in the Manchester branch. Went in on a quiet Sunday morning. I was the only customer. Two young sales ladies literally wouldn’t leave me alone to browse. Exceptionally pushy!!! I fully intended to buy 3 bottles or 6 travel sized as I was given some money for a present. I simply wanted time to browse around the store at my own pace. I politely twice told the ladies that I simply wanted to browse but they wouldn’t have it. I informed them a 3rd time that I wanted to browse but by the 4th time less than 5 mins I felt under terrible pressure. So I simply left. They lost a sale there and I hope they were on commission! There was no need for this apart from greed on their part and a complete lack of customer service training. Welcome a customer and ask if they want help. If they don’t then leave them alone until they approach you for assistance. Heavy sales tactics simply won’t work with some of us and we’d prefer to leave without a product than be pushed into making a quick and expensive purchase. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this store!

Purchased a lovely gift but customer service was terrible. The woman serving me was abrupt, unfriendly and looked down her nose at me. Definitely not how you want to be treated as a customer.

Attended Manchester branch today with my husband and Tania and Taylor delivered a very friendly and incredibly professional service. Overwhelmed. Thank you.

If you're into your luxury hand gels, creams and soaps, Molton Brown is pretty spot on. I usually come here to get one off presents; they are not cheap so it's a once in a while shopping journey. Staff are helpful though if you're stuck with the various gift boxes, smells, creams etc. and can usually recommend something to match what you're needing.
