I love this shop! The clothes and accessories are always gorgeous and really good quality. Lucy is lovely too- amazing customer service, every time. She's also really active on Instagram- she shows you the latest pieces and gives suggestions on how to style them. So easy to shop in store or online. Highly recommended.

Amazing independent boutique. Lucy is just brilliant, she always remembers my size and delivery address when I mess up the online forms... and is so helpful with tips when you're trying things on in the shop, really makes you feel at ease. Great selection of brands and price ranges - I've bought quite a lot over the past couple of years and the quality is always brilliant. Can't recommend enough.

I love Love Lucy Boutique! I've always purchase online and postage is reasonable and quick. On some occasions, I have paid over the phone and staff are always friendly and polite. Lucy has a fab range and there's something for every budget. Wish I lived closer!!

Came in yesterday and was greeted by a really smiley authentic lady. I was left alone to browse around the clothes and just told 'if I needed any help, to just ask' I didn't feel any pressure to buy or felt watched which made the experience really lovely and relaxed.I also came away with a beautiful top on the sale! Fantastic range and great quality clothing. Service always comes with a smile and friendly chat as well, and Lucy could not be more helpful. When the only complaint is that there are too many things that you want to buy, you know you're onto a good thing! So glad to have this boutique nearby!

Discovered this great little boutique on Instagram during lockdown, have made 2 online purchases and been really happy with them. Excellent personal service, you can tell Lucy takes great pride in her business and is passionate about what she sells. Also communication is really prompt and straightforward. Looking forward to visiting the shop after lockdown- although the engaging Instagram pictures and videos make me feel like I've already been!

So many beautiful clothes and accessories! She is really active on her Instagram too which is great for discovering the new collections as they become available. Only tiny, tiny thing that would help is if there were some bigger sizes. She does usually have size 16's which is my size but maybe even just having one or two pieces that are in larger sizes would help bring such gorgeous clothes to a wider audience. I suspect she is at the mercy of the manufacturers however who often don't cater for larger ladies.
