Great service, been a couple of times now for infills on acrylics and they do such a lovely job every time. Had my acrylics removed and got a gel manicure. My natural nails were very weak after having acrylics on for so long and the nail tech Rose was very gentle and they look fantastic.

Amazing experience, I had my nails done for the first time for my wedding and the girl who did mine was very friendly and created the idea I brought to her even better than I imagined! Felt very safe with all of their covid secure measures in place also. Would definitely recommend.

Same treatment applied on multiple people and we received different steps. We were told they couldn’t finish our treatments French tips because they were fully booked. Both our technicians left straight after doing our nails. Charged us roughly £40 each for clean up and polish. No massage, No cuticle care, uneven filing, lumpy gel polish. Could’ve done it at home

I have visited Nailista many times for manicures and pedicures but the last time that I visited for a pedicure they pushed my cuticles back so hard and cut them too far back to the extent that I was in pain. They also filed my nails too aggressively and kept catching the surrounding skin. One of my big toes was bleeding and painful for several days afterwards. The women who did the pedicure I had one for the gel removal and another to do the pedicure were rushing presumably since it was a Friday evening and couldn’t wait to get the pedicure done. I left the bar with still a lot of dry skin on my feet as she hadn’t spent enough time removing it. I emailed afterwards to inform them about the issues and didn’t even get the courtesy of a response. The pedicure was not a relaxing or enjoyable experience and given that and the complete lack of response, I will not be returning again.

Was very happy with the service and the way my nails were done by Nina. Highly recommend. I have read reviews about the polish not lasting long. I have only just had my nails done so cannot comment but very happy with the service, professionalism and speed. Provided the polish lasts, i would definitely go again.

Had a fantastic time at Nailista this afternoon. They managed to fit both my girlfriend and I in on very short notice  and was made to feel very welcome as soon as I walked in. The lady who did my nails was amazing, very friendly and helpful I can't remember her name, but I know she was from Bulgaria. My nails have never looked better. Will definitely be coming back!

Very dissaponted in the quality! Had my nails done yesterday and polish is coming off today!!   Worst spend £25 in my life,  would have done a better job myself, would never come back. Also, i called 5 mins before my appointment to advise that i am on my way and will be a few minutes late and they told me that they are not sure if will be able to do my nails because it is a busy day! Thanks God i have arrived on time. .

Great place, highly recommended.  I rarely have my nails done as I do Shellac myself, but really hate doing my own nails!! I'm usually disappointed but absolutely loved my nails here.  Super professional and my nails look fabulous.  I'll definitely be back again next time I'm visiting Manchester.  I'd definitely recommend Katya who did mine.

Nice enough staff but I got my nails done only a simple shellac polish and the girl doing them she didn't file them properly or cut them. Rushed job and their gel shellac lasts a week. Already come off! Rubbish polish they're using. Also no TV or music - very dull atmosphere. Blank walls, you can't see products they're using since everything is weirdly hidden as well. Not a fan and will not be going back.
