We visited this specific store during our trip to Manchester, very excited because we don’t have this in France… but there was one guy working here who gave us the nastiest look ever, he was feeling himself way too much and look us up and down… that was insane ! Felt like he didn’t need customers to buy stuff ! We really wanted to buy a lot of products but we’ll never give our money this kind of people ! We’ll gladly buy our products in Sephora..  What an insane experience, felt very uncomfortable!

Came in to exchange a concealer which my friend had paid for on her card. I didn’t have the receipt but asked the shop assistant if I could exchange. She was very nice and said I’ll ask but she said the manager said I needed a receipt/ proof of purchase - fair point.  I rang my friend who sent me the e-receipt. I then asked the shop assistant that I’ve managed to find the e-receipt on my friends account and she helped me pick out a new shade. She said she will get manager to come and do the exchange.  I waited near the til thinking the manager is on her break, happy to wait. Only to find she was on the shop floor a few steps behind me having a chat with the other two shop floor assistants. I understand meetings need to take place but it’s quite rude to make a customer wait, unless it’s something pressing, at the til when you can visibly see I’m there.  Anyway, I was still polite and asked if she can exchange. I showed my proof of purchase to which she now says that I need an order number. And I said I don’t think there is an order number on there to which she rudely says I can’t do it without an order number first it was proof of purchase then now it’s order number I said it’s an in store purchase she said it should still be on there.  I rang my friend again who luckily was available and said she couldn’t find it either. To which the manager gave in and just did it anyway.  I just found the whole experience quite rude. I don’t mind stores following policy but you can quite clearly see that I have proof of purchase yet continue to be nit-picking and just generally not giving off a good vibe.  Will not be visiting this store again as the store manager could use a lesson or two on manners from her shop floor assistants!

I usually buy skincare online but popped in on a whim and received an enjoyable in-store experience. The very friendly & knowledgeable staff member who's name I didn't get, sorry gave various appropriate recommendations from a great range of products. No pushy tactics, just genuinely good product advice based on my skin woes. Very happy with my purchases, thank you.

Today I walked into a Space NK for the first time ever. Recently had many makeup consults and colour matches, mother of the bride to be and with a dress that’s a bold colour challenge to match so had many ideas about what I liked and what I didn’t! Can honestly say I had the best makeup experience ever. Was met in the best way, with the best greeting, the best smile and came out with the best colour balance and feel of makeup I think I’ve ever had! For me just now that’s so important. I was made to feel special, Ryan listened to my likes…and my makeup fears and worked totally with these. Not only have I makeup that will make me feel my best and special for one day but also a new pathway ahead. Thank you Ryan, your care, attention and passion shone from the start. You so clearly loved what you do and passed it onto me! Appreciated.

Initially hard to find! Tucked away at the back of St. Anne's church. Had the product I needed. Staff friendly and helpful.

amina really knows what she’s doing she matched my foundation perfectly she always knows what she’s doing as i am a regular here i always leave satisfied with more then i hoped to walk out with! good for me but bad for the husband!

Having been a regular customer at this store, I was disappointed today to have been refused samples of face moisturiser I have been interested in purchasing.  I need to try samples before buying as I suffer from severe roscea,  staff at this store have always been ok in the passed, but not today.  I will now look at sephora or alternative stores.

Had an issue with my rewards card and the member of staff went above and beyond to get it sorted, I actually was so impressed his name on my receipt is Staveley.
