Atrocious, I pre-ordered an Xbox One X back in August for delivery on release date 7th Nov. No delivery and 2 1/2 hours on the phone to be told guaranteed the next day, took a second day off work for delivery and guess what....NO DELIVERY again despite ringing up in the up in the morning and being told it was on its way!!! NEVER ORDERING FROM ARGOS AGAIN.

Fast track service is as fast as a snail! Leave you standing their for ages! Never enough staff in too and now if you have to return an item you are made to queue up to go to the tilld which again are always understaffed!
