Nice property and amenities However, Poor Customer Assistant team they are very Unprofessional don't reply to the mails and don't take calls after 2 pm in short they don't know how to handle customers and build customer relations. Secondly the management is horrible. I booked an apartment and gave initial deposit. Later, it was canceled due to some reason but, they initiated the refund of the deposit after a month. It was suppose to be done within 7-10 working days.
Nice design, good facilities. The location is good as well. However, horrible management team. Not organized, changes their mind often can’t settle on one point, every one has their on point of you. And they would never help you fix your problems. I genuinely think management and customer service is very important and is even more important than the building interior.
